Anthracite Fitness offers a strength and conditioning program with the aim of improving, muscular strength, cardio-respiratory endurance, and flexibility. The programming offers a mix of aerobic exercise, gymnastics (body weight exercises), and Olympic weightlifting. Anthracite Fitness offers a wide variety of high intensity fitness with a focus on strength and conditioning to improve your overall health and fitness levels!

Jeremy is the new owner of Anthracite Fitness. He has been an avid fitness enthusiast for his entire life! He has numerous years coaching youth and young adult sports and current serves as an Assistant Coach for the Pittston Area School District Football Team.
